Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our growing team. You will be the first dedicated sales hire (working mostly alongside our customer success and marketing teams, along with our founders).

Schwarz Creations, we are a family where everyone has their own responsibilities and values as it’s a growing company. Our services include mainly Web Designing, Web Development and Digital Marketing.

Your responsibilities
  • Prospecting and outreach for potential customers of Schwarz Creations to ensure they understand when Schwarz Creations might be a good fit.
  • Sales pipeline management and data quality.
  • Segmentation of leads and qualification as needed.
  • Existing data mining of customers to identify sales opportunities.
  • Reporting of our activities and success.

Most of our sales is self-service signup with “sales/customer success assisted” conversion, but you will ultimately be in charge of pipeline end-to-end, and we expect this to change over time as our product mix changes.

Your experience

This is a junior role, however we hope that you and the role will grow over time.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience as an SDR or similar position.
  • Understanding of common sales methodology of the entire sales processes.
  • Strong data analysis skills using Excel (Pivot Tables are your best friend) and/or SQL
  • Native level written and spoken English, other languages a plus but not required
  • Knowledge or experience of social media marketing and/or Instagram is a plus.

* Experience working remotely is also highly desirable.


There is opportunity for this to have a structured commission component, however we would need to work out on the Leads associated after you have gotten everything rolling and we can identify the right compensation plan for the role.
